The whole flow happens at the station. Your staff do not have to do anything, handle payments or explain anything — the guest follows the instructions on the screen and is up and running in under a minute.
The instructions on the station screen guide the way. The guest unlocks it by scanning the QR code with their camera, or by downloading the app. No sign-up is required — and no one on your staff needs to help.
Payment is made on the guest’s phone with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa or Mastercard — or with a physical card at the station if the phone is dead.
The guest chooses Quick charge for 2 hours or Day charge for 24 hours depending on how long they are out. Same prices at every laddal venue — so there is never anything to explain.
Once payment is approved the slot opens and a fully charged power bank comes out. The guest charges on the move and returns it at any laddal station — including at another venue.
A power bank not returned within 48 hours is treated as theft, and the full value of the power bank is charged to the guest’s payment method. As a venue you never have to be out of pocket, chase anyone or handle the case — responsibility and follow-up sit with laddal.
