Terms
These terms apply to the rental of power banks through laddal stations and to the use of this website. They complement the terms shown at the station and at the point of payment.
1. About laddal
laddal provides charging stations and power banks for rental at venues operated by our partners. laddal owns the stations and power banks and is responsible for installation, maintenance and support.
2. Rental
- Rental is made directly at the station by scanning and paying.
- Current prices: Quick charge 49 SEK for up to 2 hours and Day charge 99 SEK for up to 24 hours.
- The power bank must be returned to a station within the chosen period.
- If the power bank is not returned, a fee applies according to the terms shown at the time of rental.
3. Damage and loss
The power bank must be handled normally and not exposed to moisture, heat or impact. Loss or damage may give rise to liability in accordance with the terms accepted at rental.
4. Availability
We aim to always have charged power banks available but cannot guarantee that a specific station has free units at any given time. In case of fault, please contact support.
5. For partners (venues)
Terms for station placement, payout model, term and termination are agreed separately between laddal and each venue. Any payout shown on this website is an example, not a binding offer.
6. Use of the website
The content of this website belongs to laddal and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. We are not responsible for content on external sites we link to.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled primarily through dialogue with us, and secondarily by the Swedish courts.
