Privacy policy
laddal respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
laddal is the controller of the data processed through this website, our stations and our customer support. Contact: samarbete@laddal.se, phone +46 737 41 31 21.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us: name, email address, business, city and your message.
- When you rent a power bank: the data required to complete the rental and payment, plus rental details (time, station, return).
- When you visit the site: technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to the extent such statistics are collected.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and establish contact (your consent or legitimate interest).
- To perform a rental agreement with you (contract).
- To provide support, invoicing and bookkeeping (legal obligation).
- To improve our services and stations (legitimate interest).
4. How long we keep it
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and thereafter no more than 24 months. Rental and payment data is kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with the suppliers needed to run the service — for example payment providers, hosting and email providers. They process the data under contract and only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to processing and to request restriction of processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Email samarbete@laddal.se to exercise your rights.
If you believe we process your data incorrectly you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
7. Cookies
The site currently uses no marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
